How I work
Fast & Iterative
I understand the importance of speed when it comes to product success. I have a bias to action and think iteratively—breaking down projects into clear milestones that deliver incremental value to customers and the business. I use prototypes, experiments, and data to learn quickly and course-correct as needed.
Healthy Conflict
I am authentic and transparent. I can disagree and commit, but I believe the discourse that comes with disagreement makes decisions, teams, and products better. The most successful teams have cultures where people speak their mind and concerns are heard and respected.
